Shipping Policy

Area of application:

The shipping service is defined for the Iberian Peninsula. By contracting the Shipping services, you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply from the moment Cintra Pharma accepts the shipment, except for specific agreements or conditions derived from the uniqueness of the contracted service. Cintra Pharma may perform the services by its own means or subcontract them to other companies or freelancers.

Delivery times:

Delivery in 24 hours for the Iberian Peninsula. Guaranteed delivery service on the next business day of admission. No deliveries will be made on holidays.

Sender Guarantees:

The customer will indemnify and hold Cintra Pharma harmless from any loss or damage arising from the breach of any applicable legislation or regulations, the provisions of these terms and conditions or any of the following statements and guarantees:

    that the information provided by the client or their representatives is complete and accurate; that all applicable laws and regulations for transport have been complied with.

Deliveries and impossibility of delivery:

    Shipments are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Cintra Pharma reserves the right to modify the agreed times for deliveries or collections, depending on organizational causes. The digitized signature of the Recipient, as well as its reproduction, will be sufficient proof of delivery and the parties acknowledge to this signature an identical value to that of a traditional signature on paper. The Recipient's stamp will have the same effects.When delivery is not made because the customer is not at the address indicated on the consignment note, for not taking charge of the merchandise, for not carrying out the download corresponding to him or for refusing to sign the delivery document. Cintra Pharma has the right to demand from the customer the payment of expenses and damages caused by the request and execution of instructions, as well as the delay or lack of instructions. If it is not possible for Cintra Pharma to request new instructions to the client, or if he does not impart them, the merchandise will be deposited or sold.

Transport impediments:

If the transport of the goods cannot be carried out under the agreed conditions for duly justified reasons, or due to breach of the client's obligations, Cintra Pharma will adopt the measures it deems appropriate for the successful completion of the operation, including restitution of the goods to their place of origin, deposit them or take them to their destination under different conditions. The expenses and the derived damages will be of account of the client.

Fuel supplement:

Rates subject to fuel supplement. Cintra Pharma will apply in all its transport agreements and contracts the price review system established in article 38 of Law 152009 of November 11, on the freight transport contract.

Disclaimer:

Cintra Pharma will not be held liable for loss, breakdown or delay caused by the customer's fault, due to an unwarranted instruction from the customer, negligent action by the customer or circumstances that it could not avoid and whose consequences it could not prevent.

Refunds:

Cintra Pharma offers payment options through bank transfer prior to delivery of the products and through the cash on delivery service. The reimbursement amount will be communicated by Cintra Pharma and will be collected by the carrier in cash.

Shipping charges and billing:

The customer will pay or reimburse Cintra Pharma for shipping charges or expenses incurred by Cintra Pharma on behalf of the Customer and all expenses for claims, damages, fines and other items incurred if the Shipment is deemed unacceptable by the customer.


Cancellation / return policy

If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of seven (7) business days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return. Except when the reason is due to the poor condition of the package attributable to transport, in this case it must be communicated within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt.

If the reason for the return is attributable to Cintra Logist (Cintra Pharma) (the product is defective or does not correspond to your order), we will pay the shipping costs. If the reason is another (the products were served correctly but they are not to your liking), Cintra Logist (Cintra Pharma) will pay the cost of the products except for the return shipping costs, which will be borne by the customer. The amount paid by the customer for shipping costs will not be subject to refund.

Cintra Logist (Cintra Pharma) will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

    The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling and seal.The shipment must be made using the same box that was used for shipping, or failing that in a similar format that guarantees return In perfect condition. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.

Warranty

The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. In accordance with this standard, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that comply with the contract, responding to him for any lack of conformity.The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, to replace it, to the reduction of the price or to the termination of the contract.The legal terms are two years of guarantee duration from the delivery of the product and two months from when the user knows the lack of conformity with the product to notify the seller.
